Yeah, as I say in the piece, my fam tells me to write more positively or about my meditation practice but these doomsday pieces flow out easily and quickly, probably because the news is so f*** and it's a subject with endless angles and "evidence" of the "coming downfall."

It's called Doomscrolling. I usually try to end positively buuuut yeah.
