I never said I'm for China, i just think it's important we look at the reality and have an adult conversation about it--not saying you aren't but in the West it's all pure propaganda and hysteria when it comes to Beijing.

There's no evidence to suggest they have the same level of American or European colonial agenda. As a Malaysian diplomat recently said, 'they've been doing trade with China for thousands of years and never were invaded. Eight years after the eruopeans arrived, they owned everything. We project that dominance onto every and any other culture when white european colonialsm is and was a unique evil.

Again, I'm not an expert but the inevitably war talk needs pushback. The rhetoric does not need to be that extreme. diplomacy. negotiation. cooperation. Esp on climate change and nukes. We need more adult convos about what is truly truly happening. Not flights to Taiwan for a photo op just to flirt with war.
